Shelley Hendrix is a wife, mother, Bible teacher, speaker, author, and television talk show host –but more important than any role she fills, she is most grateful to be a child of God, learning to live out of who God says she is. More than a teacher, she sees herself as a student who is really excited to share about what she is learning! Shelley has been teaching at FBC Woodstock, GA and various venues since 1997. She is a host of “Atlanta Live!”~ a Christian Talk Show on Atlanta’s WATC TV 57. Shelley speaks at various events nationwide and is also a published author. Shelley has written two books, “On Purpose for a Purpose” and “Wisdom: A Girl’s Best Friend”. She has also contributed to devotions and curriculum for Barbour Publishing and Randall House Publishing. In 2008, Church 4 Chicks was launched in the Atlanta area with the vision of creating and cultivating an environment of grace for women of all ages and walks of life where together, we can reach our city for Christ, one woman at a time. Shelley is honored to be married to her best friend, Stephen Hendrix, CADC, Associate Executive Director of HopeQuest Ministries Group, Inc. They have three amazing children (whom God uses to teach them much!) and travel from Atlanta, Georgia.
